Adding a thank you outcome

1.  Thank You outcomes will show a thank you page to the lead. This is useful if you don't want to show an estimate or product/service or if you want to let the lead know that you will be in contact with them directly.

2.  The Header Label filed is the main title of the thank you page.

3.  The input of the Message field appears as the subtext under the main header text.
